Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty products.
However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will happily work with you if:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective

• You receive the wrong shade or product

• There is an issue with your shipment

Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Please provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.

• If eligible, we will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
